How can I get vinyl emulsion paint out of jeans?

neat washing up liquid and a nail brush.

It is much easier to get it out when the paint is wet but not so easy when it has dried on.. scratch & scrub it out as best you can each time you wash the jeans.

Best to buy some new jeans & keep those for decorating in.

In short, with difficulty. Soak the painted area with a strong detergent mix overnight. Very strong, more detergent than water. Then use a nail brush to break up the paint. Then wash on a hot wash. You will probably have to repeat the exercise a few times. Most of the paint will succumb in the end, but maybe not all.
