Question:

How can I get weight, fast?

I am 16 years old, senior. I am about 5 foot 8 or so and weigh 121 pounds (very skinny).

Just yesterday I bought a men's multivitamin and Brewer's yeast tablets, and take those every day. I do not like vegetables or fruits, I do drink grape juice and all that though. I just want to know what to do to gain weight fast. Thanks..

  2. Lots of Pasta!!  Lots of Carbs... Bread, etc..

    Don't go crazy eating things with a lot of cholesterol because it would be very unhealthy... just eat a lot of carbs and protein..

    You want to try to take in about 3000+ calories a day...

  3. Eat pizza, mcdonalds, anything that has calories/carbs in it.

    I also found these WEIGHTGAIN bars that make you gain weight fast!

    Look them on the internet and maybe they have them in stores like walmart.

    Im also trying to gain weight (im 15).

  4. Work out.

    Eat a lot of protein to keep the muscle mass from your workout.

    Complex carbs (whole wheat breads, pastas, etc. etc.)

    Don't forget those weight gain shakes! They sell them everywhere!

  6. Go to GNC and get Whey Protein, take it as directed on the box. It makes you gain weight like crazy but you gotta work out too.
