  1. the dentist can bleach your teeth, costs about $250 but it does damage your teeth over prolonged use

  2. well you could go out and buy crest white strips ... they work i have used them but also hydrogen proxide will really clean them and make them alot whiter it can take a little while to get them white but it really works and it kills bad breath and the germs in your mouth my ear nose and throat doct told me to use it but my dentist told me not to use it everyday but i did till i got um white enought and then i used it like once a week .... good luck

  3. Pay about 5,000.00 to a dentist for enamel coverings on your choppers.

    Hope this helps.

  4. First of all, brush your teeth! ( I am sure you already do ) Try Crest Whitening strips My dad uses them and he has really white teeth! : ) Good Luck!

  5. Bi-Carb Soda

  6. Teeth whitening products may not be worth it:

  7. OMG i'm after the same question I want teeth whitener but its a bit expensive and I have braces so I have to wait to get them off :(  anyways thanks for asking the question.. sorry I didn't answer it

  8. Hi

In the olden days they only used Bi-carb soda. It doesn't taste good but it does whiten them up eventually if you brush for long enough.

  9. Bicarbonate of soda is plain old Arm n Hammer Baking soda.  It is good to brush with to remove stains and plaque.  Hydrogen peroxide is good to oxidize stains and kill germs, but makes your tongue feel funny and food taste different.  Both can help whiten teeth if they are nicotine or caffeine stained.

However, not everyone has "white" teeth.  Some are naturally ivory colored.  Have you noticed that suddenly in the last 5 years, TV tells us we have to have fluorescent glow-in-the-dark white teeth or people will run from us?  It is all in the commercialism, it sells products, because everyone wants people to like them!  Natural tooth color can vary without being stained or indicating poor health.  I get tired of seeing someone with electric "blue" teeth that practically jump out of their face and say "I've been expensively whitened!"  Follow good hygiene practices and beyond that, just like yourself.  If someone is staying away because of the degree of whiteness of your teeth, you don't want to be around them anyway!
