Go to the website below to get contact info for the Spanish consulate.  They do not give work visa info on their website, so you will need to contact them.

If your from any of the EU countries just go to your nearest National Police station and fill in the NIE form, this will enable you to work and pay your social surety. For other Countries check with the Spanish Consolata be for you leave. Good luck.
