How can I get yahoo to put my name and company name in when someone asks for the name of a Realtor in VA?

I am a Realtor in Virginia. I am affiliated with Guerrero Realty, Inc. located in Falls Church VA 22041. I want to be able to be located when someone searches via yahoo and.google for a Realtor in Falls Church, Fairfax, Manassas, Annandale, Sterling, Arlington VA. Who do I contact to pay for this>?

If the above doesn't work try going to Yahoo home. Look to the right of the Yahoo! Search Button. Click on Ad Programs and follow the directions.
