first try crest white strips,, i did it for 30 days and it really seemed to make my teeth whiter! you can purchase them at CVS for $30-50.

if that doesn't work you might want to go to your dentist and they will guide you to a whitening system that's pretty much guarenteed to work

Try crest whitening strips or talk to your dentist about bleaching. I would talk to your parents about it if you're under 18.

Stop SMOKING AND GO TO THE DENTIST AND GET A TEETH CLEANING AND GO GET TOOTHPASTE THAT SAYS TEETH WHITENING!!

Crest white strips or the tray and gel kind of whiteners.  But they sometimes make your teeth very sensitive, so just try using a whitening toothpaste every time you brush.  Baking soda works well too.

Try brushing your teeth with baking soda and rinsing with hydrogen peroxide.  It may take a month or so, but if you do it every day, you will eventually have whiter teeth.  Do not use the teeth whiting kits you buy at the drug store.  They do not work.
