How can I get youtube clips into a power point?

I have to a project for school and I need to know how to get videos into power point. If I can't, then could you please tell me how to do the following:

1) put videos in windows movie maker

2) put words in windows movie maker

www.videocodezone.com has an amazing link that lets you download youtube videos. once its downloaded, you can do whatever you like with it on your computer. i love this site!

Youtube files are FLASH based files i.e. FLV (Flash Video).

You must download and convert them to AVI then you must link the AVI file in your powerpoint presentation.
