How can I give an ESL certificate?

I have a TESL(teaching english as a second language) certification. Now I would like to know if I need any license to give certificates to my students. I teach at home so I would like to see if it is possible for me to give them a certificate after they finish the course.

Sorry, but having an ESL certificate to teach doesn't give you a license to teach the ESL course so others can be certified. The certificate gives you the ability to teach English as a Secondary Language.
