The easiest would be a taxi, which would cost about 100 Swiss Francs for the 47 kilometer distance.

Trains (S16) are departing the airport hourly at minute 01 to reach Schaffhausen at minute 44; from same platform (3) S8 or regional trains are departing at minute 01 to reach Diessenhofen at minute 13

Total travel time: 1 hours 12 minutes, cost: 20,60 Swiss Francs

There are other train connections in between, but they require several train changes and are therefore less feasible.
