How can I go green for cheap?

I'm moving soon and I really want electronics which don't use too much electricity!

Are there any good priced energy saving:

-TV's

-Radio's

-Kettles

-Laptop chargers

    also, another way to go green is by unplugging your appliances when you aren't using them. like, the hairdryer, your stereo. i actually do it all the time.


  2. As for TV's go for LCD. Radios look for one with out the SUB. Kettles and Laptop chargers can't really go green. IF you want to save money with the kettle,  only fill what you are going to drink.

  3. The "cheapest" thing you can do is just to cut down on your daily use of non-necessary electronics and others items.

    I bet, right now, you can find at least one thing in your house that doesn't need to be on or plugged in.

    Also... if you have your own house, or you are planning to buy one, buy a smaller one instead of a massive one. It'll take less energy to power and heat and you'll save a ton.
