  1. Pretend life is like an episode of 'Everybody Loves Raymond'.

  2. hahaha true ^^^^

  3. wil an antidepresant

  4. think happy, funny things

  5. negativity maybe the source of depression, are you thinking about dying, either by accident or suicide? If so, dont wait until you make a mistake. you need to consult a doctor. If you are simply thinking about your ex boyfriend or a familly member that died a while back and things like this, you need to surround yourself with fun, exciting, loving people. People that are optimistics and are not negative. Sometimes we just need to change our environment. You might not want to ditch a good friend but if you always feel sad around thi person, it is not healthy. a good friend makes you laugh and feel good about yourself. Good friends make you want to live and enjoy a great life.   Good luck

  6. jerk it

  7. Yeah, all the answers have good advice. You've got a bad case of stinkin' thinkin'. Have a buddy over and rent some comedies. Friendship and laughter are good for the soul. Jesus is a terrific answer too. You'll always have a good friend with you, if you've got Him in your life.

  8. Distract yourself. Condition yourself to recognize when you are depressing yourself and make a point to think about something else. Eventually your negative thoughts will become more infrequent.

  9. go out with some friends

    go to a theme park

    go on a date

  11. When I'm sad...it usually doesn't ever go away until I change my situation. If I'm sad over my boyfriend and I breaking up...I go out to meet someone new, If I'm sad because I'm bored, Im' get out and find something I enjoy doing, If I'm sad because my grades (or my job) sucks and I'm broke as a joke...I'd just keep plugging along and hope for the best.  Just remember to not stress over things you CAN'T change. Accept those problems and move onto ones that you CAN change.

  12. Get a song stuck in your head

  13. think happy ones

  14. I think this would mostly depend on the thoughts that you where thinking. If your going through emotional changes that we all experience such as break-ups with loved ones, family issues, financial issues, or lack of self-fulfillment than I would say, that Christ would be the best answer. I'm not going to get too spiritual, but you can look at it this way. If there where someone that made you, and they knew you through and through. Maybe they could help you see the value of your life and the purpose as to why you are living for that day. If you know that someone has value in you bigger than yourself, it sort of dismisses the time to give to the average worries of the day. This person that I refer to woud be Christ, Jesus. Now if you’re referring to things such as suicide and things like that, then maybe you would want to really take the following versus in consideration along with a moment of praying, and counseling.

  15. You need a relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.  Then He will come live in you & help you.  Then you can pray to Him & talk to Him.  When you get depressed then you can praise Him & all of a sudden the depression will just lift off of you.  It is quite amazing realy.  He is so good.  I love Him & He loves you!!!!  He will give you the peace that passes all understanding.

  16. I would try and think of your most favorite memory and think about it all day!
