How can I grow a little more taller?

I am 13 and 5'1, do you think I'll grow more? I want to be at least 5'5, my mom is 5'5 and my dad is like 5'7. I really want to grow.

You will probably peak at 5'3 at the age of 15 when girls usually stop growing.  Better growth is possible but uncertain.

Plenty of protein (meat), calcium (milk) and zinc (red meat, oysters, mussels and nuts) will help your destined normal growth and a deficiency can stunt it.

At the age of 13 you are still growing and developing. You will continue to grow until 18, however, this doesn't mean that it will be significant. There isn't anything you can do to ensure you will grow, it is all predetermined in your genetics.

Take your vitamins, drink plenty of milk and stay healthy. That is all you can do. There are no miracle growth drinks.

Don't stress over it now, you will only do yourself harm. More likely than not, you will grow...but patience is the key.
