You are done growing.  There is nothing more you can do other than waste your money on useless products.

First of all, I think that short people are totally cute, and that it's the way God wanted you to be.

I've heard that yoga expands your joints and muscles.. therefore making you slightly taller. Some guys don't do it cause they think it's too "girly," but if you do chose to do it, stretching your muscles wont be the only benefit.. you also build tons of strength!

Also try hitting the gym once in a while.. it'll just make you appear bigger overall.

As for pills or medication... just don't. It seriously won't do anything except for waste your money.

No miricle cures for this one.  Your genes and eating habits from 5 to 15 years ago detemined your fate.  Try heels.

I'm in the same boat as you, and I think you're simply screwed unless you want to take your chances with HGH.  I think you're too old for it to make you grow taller, though.
