How can I hack into my home computer?

I'm at another computer and I need to get what's on my home computer's screen right now, is that possible?

Well, it is easily possible if you have LogMeIn installed on both computers, it's a remote access program, otherwise I don't think so.

Uh, from an inexperienced person to do it suddenly, no, it's not possible. But I have an idea if you ever needed to do this:

There is a program called "LogMeIn Free". Install that on your home computer and then whenever your away from the house computer you can go to the logmein website and access your computer as long as it is on and connected to the internet. ;)
