How can I hand wash these arm warmers properly?

  1. It looks like sweater material? I would get a bucket of water (or fill the sink) and add a small amount of detergent, probably a couple tablespoons. Let soak for 1/2 hr. or so,  drain and fill with clean water to rinse. Gently squeeze out water and lay on a towel, fold the towel over so the arm warmers are in between the towel and press to get out any extra water. They'd probably dry faster if you have a drying rack - if not a plastic hanger would work. Just drape over and let them air dry.
