How can I hang a valance box?

I was really excited and made these cool valance boxes for my windows after watching it done on HGTV. Then I came across a problem. How do I mount them to the wall? Anyone ever do it and have any suggestions?

If they were made to go over each side of the window trim and were built close enough, try nailing or s******g them into the trim. If wider than trim, a block can be used to attach to the wall and then slip valance over the block and s***w from the outside of valance.

plate mounts - you have a piece that screws to the wall with a little slide socket, then mount the nubs to the valance and slide into place
