is there a way to make my body harder so I can take punches?

If there is how long should I do it per day?

  1. try to do exercise eat healthy I'm 13 and i a professional boxer when i sarted they made me eat healthy and do lots of excessive at least an hour each day for u i had to do 3 hours a day you can go to the parks and run that will be good excesses k good luck from steph(pimp)


  2. do lots of situps and have people punch you in the stomach. your face starts to tuffin up from getting punched in sparring

What I do is when I am exercising I get someone to hit me!  For example, when you are doing sit ups or jack knifes get someone to punch your stomach and chest.  Another is while you are doing press ups, get your partner to kick you in the sides.  These kinds of exercises should be built up slowly, progressively you take harder shots as the weeks and months go by.
