How can I have FTP server without simple theme(by default)

There are lots of FTP server out there, But I've seen some of them got themes, or style ( I mean the way they look) . By default they're simple , white background. But the one I saw was different. I'm sure it was ftp://.......... . but i can't remember it's name. How can I set such a theme on my ftp server?

Its simples, learn to program PHP and you can make your own theme that can act like an FTP :)
