How can I have a Mac-style Anti-Aliasing on my Windows XP computer?

My friend sent me a screenshot of his Windows XP PC, and the subpixel rendering method on his computer is different - Not ClearType, but it looks like Mac's style.

Are there any softwares that can make me have a Mac-style anti-aliasing?

  1. If the screenshot was of a webpage it is likely that he was using Safari for PC as his browser as it implements Mac's Anti-aliasing technology.  I don't know of any apps that can do this system wide though as it is implemented at the Quartz Core on a Mac.
