How can I have a flat stomach again?

I had really nice abs months ago but when I started drinking alcohol, it has gotten so big. It's so embarrassing I can't wear my favorite tops anymore.

    Stop drinking alcohol. Go cold turkey.


  2. well for one cut back on the beer, b/c u wont be happy if u deprive yourself of it completly soo maybe have a bottle or 2 no more then twice a week and switch to a lite beer. also crunches are a very good way to build nice ab muscles but u can have good ab muscles and still have fat over them, soo eat a good diet high protien very low carb and do some cardio nothing extreme just 30 minutes 3x a week, and u can walk on the weekends if u have a hectic schedual

  3. stop drinking and start exercising. beer is high in complex carbs (the same you get from bread and pasta), without exercising those carbs turn into fat.

    stopping drinking wont make your stomach flat. now you have to undo all the damage the alcohol has done
