  1. i would just try strenghthing my arm and make the muslces stronger yeaaah

  2. Be patient, focus on fundamentals first. Try not to hurt yourself again, which could end your "volleyball life".

  3. start from the beggining.

try to build the mucsle around it back up.

  4. I know the answer! Two Points!!!!!!!!

  5. hit the volleyball against the wall to where it will pop up again and just keep hitting it

  6. Rehab, rehab, rehab. And do it right, get a therapists advice about workout routines.

  7. just take it easy. I'm a volleyball play and i had a broken shoulder bone. just start stretching and working out it will get  stronger. just start  setting to get your arm stronger then go back to spiking just take it slow.

  8. your swing is not from your shoulder its from your wrist, at least thats what my coach told me, he is the hitting coach for mu, and he was on the olympic china team, so my best advice is to swing from your should, not your whole arm best of luck, and taht must have hurt
