  1. You will have to use a family friend's address. Preferably if you have someone in the family that lives their, use theirs.

If you're trying to find a random address for the purpose of getting In-State college tuition, I would have to say that will be very difficult if you do not have family members or family friends that live there. I went to a college in Maine from Texas, and the 1 year residence requirement was hard to go about doing. I was not able to do it actually, since I did not have any family members or family friends in the area.

They will have to lie and say you have been there that long.

Good luck! Most colleges are very strict, especially ones in New York!

  2. well : it is very important with " Financial Aid that students must

    qualify for Education & Reference

towards Higher Education ( University +) knows your needs

  3. Simply listing a NY address won't make you a resident of that state and give you in state tuition.  Sorry, its been done before and schools are a lot smarter than you give them credit for.  Plan on paying out of state tuition for the entire duration of your college career there because once you are deemed an out of state student, you'll always be an out of state student.  Simply living there doesn't make you a legal resident.
