How can I have blank tags sent to me for any of my IncrediGals stats?

I'm new, and I'm not being tagged on a regular basis by anyone, and I saw that you could receive blank tags, if you wanted. Also, how do you enter a name on a blank tag?

You should probably check out a forum that deals with those tags. I don't think anyone here really knows what you are talking about.
