  3. Brush twice a day, use mouthwash and floss regularly. Oh and don't eat too many sweets and citrus fruits as these can stain teeth. xx

  4. Brush, floss, and use a tongue scraper. And use an electric toothbrush, like a Sonicare, or the like. This way, not only will your teeth be stronger, but your gums will be, too, which is necessary. Brush at least twice a day, but not, like 20 times a day or anything, as that can hurt more than help.

Also, eat good, healthy foods. Carrots, and crisp fruits, and things with calcium. Also, sodas and acidic foods like that can hurt your teeth.

And go to the dentist every 6 months.

Oh, and the reason I recommend Sonicare, although expensive, is that my dentist was constantly harassing me to brush better, no matter what I did. I bought a Sonicare, and the very next time, he said "Great! Whatever you changed, keep doing it!" So I've convinced everyone I know to get one, and sure enough, they've had the same experience.

    Hope that helps.

  5. Brush, floss daily and see the dentist 2 times per year

  6. Brush your teeth after every meal or at least twice per day.

    Floss every day.

Visit your dentist once or twice every year

Eat lots of all kinds of fruits, citrus, and vegetables - especially raw vegetables and green leafy vegetables.  Also eat a wide variety of nut, seeds and grains.

Citrus, along with some other fruits and vegetables provide you with vitamin C.  Vitamin C is very important for healthy teeth.

"Vitamin C is necessary for the manufacture of collagen, the protein which forms the basis of connective tissue. The most abundant tissue in the body, connective tissue acts as a cementing substance between cells. It helps support and protect blood vessels, bones, joints, organs and muscles and forms a sizeable proportion of skin ... teeth and bone."

"Vitamin C deficiency leads eventually to scurvy. The symptoms are mainly due to poorly formed collagen and include the breaking open of small blood vessels, the reddening and bleeding of gum, loose teeth, joint pains, dry scaly skin and blood vessel damage. Other symptoms include general weakness, fluid retention, depression, and anemia."

Bright colored fruits and vegetables provide you with Vitamin A.

"Vitamin A is necessary for growth and the formation of bones and teeth, collagen synthesis, cartilage synthesis and wound healing."
