How can I have someone deposit money into an account without them getting my name and personal info?

I want to know how to get someone to deposit money into a certain account for me and once they do I do not want them to be able to somehow get my name or personal info. How do I do that? Please help...

Actually yes, Paypal will allow the person to deposit monies and only know your e mail address.

They would not know your where about’s or real name, unless you activate Paypal with your real name. Be careful however, as you need to ensure Paypal has your real details (and bank details) to enable them to access your bank account for depositing purposes. Also, you would need to physically go into the Paypal site and have them move the monies into your account each time. And Paypal charge...

Would it not be easier to open a bank account for this purpose alone? That way if things got awkward, you could close the account without too much hassle. Or, ask someone else to open an account with you as signatory. But make sure you can trust this person.  

The other option is a cheque, but then they would need your real name.

You could try PayPal. All they would get is your email, that's it.
