Well I'm going to explain this to all of you. So new school year starts and this year I'm not sure if I can make it through. Because I have done very well past years people expect more and more of me. And more I give to them, more they expect. I have (yes I HAVE because I am not going to let anyone down) to go to art school (5 times per. week) regular school (5 times per. week), music school(7 times per.week), choir singing (2 times per. week), shooting(2 times per. week) and to acting class( 3 times per. week).

I am NOT complaining!!! I just want your help. And most important part is how can I have time to deal and recover of my eating disorders and at the same time be a good girlfriend ??? I am not going to tell my parents about my eating disorders because it would mean i have let them down. And i´m certanly not going to psych because i just dont have time to do this.

I feel like every techer and my parents want 100% out of me and I just dont have me time. I cant give up on any of these things, because it would me that i have let somebody down. Sometimes I ask WHAT ABOUT ME ???

Id like you to help me about schedule and How can I have time for recovering from my eating disorder .

  1. It sounds like your parents are very demanding, and they demand perfection.  I come from a family like that, too.

You get to feel like eating, (or not eating, or eating everything in sight and then vomiting) is the only thing you have control over.  The only thing is, eating disorders are very dangerous.

You are so afraid of letting everyone down that you are self-destructing.  You really need to talk to someone you trust, an adult, and get some help.  You can't continue down this path.  You will eventually have to tell your parents about your eating disorder, and you will eventually have to tell your parents that you are overloaded and that you want to get rid of something, or things.  That is going to take some guts.  Talk first with a counselor at one of your schools, and think about which activities you want to dump.  There is a lot of complex psychology going on here.  You want to please your parents because you think that is the only way to earn their love.  But, believe me, unless they are complete creeps, they will love you no matter what.  Have a little faith in them, and tell them.  Otherwise, you're just trapped with nowhere to go.  It's ok to complain once in a while.

  2. First, I suggest you prioritize your responsibilities -- and put your health in the number one spot.  Then decided what you can do and what you can't do.  Start at the bottom of your list and eliminate whatever you have to in order to manage your life.  But remember, if you aren't healthy, you can's succeed at any of the other things anyway.  Take care of YOU first.
