  1. Simple, just connect your Headphone/Line output jact on your computer to a 3.5mm to RCA adaptor and then run it to your audio amplifier jacks.....


  2. SVGA does not carry audio.  You must connect audio (red/white RCA connectors) from you laptop to an audio input of your TV
