If the child has parents you are bound to get some interference even if it's just asking about how she is going or something.

I'd say try working in an orphanage and help with their education.

If you already live in Delhi you could try helping the girl by making friends with her and then offering her help in her education. - I did this with a girl up the street for a while. I don't think her parents knew I was helping her but they may have. They didn't interfere though.

2day delhi government provide many facilities for a girl child.at the end of the school a girl child got 1 lakh rs for its higher edu.u can talk to that girl's parents abt the free edu.
