How can I help my friend get some confidence?

She doesn't have very much confidence.

I don't know how to help her.

maybe even wright her a letter

that would give me more confidence =]

Support her in her life, and praise the good things she does, and help her get noticed.

find out what shes particulary good at? and try to get recognition for what shes good at.

i have a friend that feeds on others opinions on him. hes a different person when somebody appreciates his art and now hes a changed man brimming with confidence.

i guess its all about knowing your self worth ultimately. but at the mean time i guess she needs recognition from family friends as well as strangers she might not know too well.
