My best friend is wierd. If her insomnia isnt enough damage, her diet is worse. First she decides to cut back on meat and pork-im cool with that. Then she decides chicken and turkey is bad too-then okay she's a vegetarian- but all i see her eat is a peice of bread, some cookies, cheese and some juice a day!! Aren't vegetarians suppose to be taking care of their health!. She always seems pale to me and when i take her out to eat she gets like a peice of cake or that kind of food and there she's full for the whole day!..I dont like that. But i dont want to discriminate her and her "beliefs"..So what can i offer her to eat that will go with her vegetarian ways and her little appetite. But i need to make or buy something healthy and that will cover all her body's daily needs.

  1. Sounds like an eating disorder.   Not eating meat does not mean starving yourself...there are tons of other foods out there but that does not sound like the issue here at all.

  2. Your friend is eating nothing but c**p and only complete laziness can be blamed.

It's not difficult to eat a balanced vegetarian diet. Breads, pastas, cereals, rice, beans, peas, lentils, nuts, seed, fruits and veggies can provide her with everything that she needs.

Dark green leafy vegetables such as mustard. collards and kale are some of the most important. They are great sources of essential minerals such as iron and calcium.

  3. well you could show her some salads or vegetables. tofu...i know some people don't like tofu...i used to not like tofu but my mom showed it to me she is trying to cut back on some meat , says that its a healthy alternative...eating it with soy sauce helps its really good. but if this does not work try talking to someone who really know about health and nutrition or look online for some daily nutrition health.

  4. Ayurvedic reseach proven well that insomnia is best cured with veggies/hebs/fruits (NOT MEAT)
