I have had onset insomnia for years now, but the past few months it has gotten so bad. Even if I go to bed at like 11pm and am exhausted, I cannot fall asleep until like 4 -5 am. Right now I am not in school or working at this time, so I can sleep in later in the day to catch up on sleep but I am really worried about it never getting better. Come september I have college classes that start at 8am, which means I have to wake up around 5:30 - 6 so that will equal like 1 hour of sleep a night if I don't get this figured out. I have tried 2 different prescription sleeping pills, herbal sleeping pills, and over the counter things like nytol and none of them helped at all, in fact the sleeping pills gave me a buzz and made me more awake lol. I don't drink coffee so its not like that is effecting me, so what other things can I do to help this?
