How can I help my sore body?

I came back from football practice, and I haven't exercises in a long time. My arms and legs are extremely sore, especially my right ankle. How can I help this?

  1. As long as there is no swelling, you can take a hot bath with Epsom Salts to help with sore muscles.

    Make sure you are stretching!


  2. eat lots of carbs and proteins, drink water constantly (about a full bottle every 40 min), and get plenty of sleep.  make sure you stretch after practices.  if it is painful take ibuprofen

  4. soak in epsom salt hot water= keep soaking and as the water gets warm, get it hot again= use a little extra epsom salt, it works= or Advil =
