My uncle and aunt lives in China and both are almost 70 years old. they do have enough money and properties in China. Their daughter and grandchild are in China too. This will be there first attempt a B2 Visa to US. (They have been to Europe and other countries before.) I don't know whether I can help them to get the visa and what are the paperwork I need to prepare for them. I have been successfully invited my parents to US using B2 visa couple times, I just wondering whether I can invite someone other than my parents in my family to US. Thanks for your help.

  1. Well, you can certainly send a letter of invitation and offer to let them stay, but in the end, they will have to qualify on their own merits for the B2 visa, and from what you're saying here, it sounds like they should have a pretty good chance of getting a visa.
