by picking me. i personally wouldnt use it b/c i already have 74 cfl bulbs in my house. but i would give to a friend who doesnt quiet get the savings of a cfl bulb. and by giving it to a friend. i hope it will make him buy more and tell other people to buy some.

I don't care about the lightbulb I just want my town to have the taxis. BUT free stuff is good too. Even if it is just one lightbulb.

by picking the person who needs it most. i am also in the process of changing all of my lightbulbs over. i think this is a great idea. of course i think its me,  just kidding. even though im 1 bulb short
