How can I hide an unsightly small wall?

Having taken down our monstrous concrete garage, we have had to leave a small wall of the garage panelling as it is or else risk pulling down next door's wall.

This small wall will be concreted over, but we need to hide the wall. I was thinking of some wood boarding, but I don't know what it would be called.

Any ideas of a cheap way to cover this wall?

If it still has paneling on it, go with self sticking tile...you know, the kind that comes in a box. If sticking it to concrete, just get some heavy duty glue for extra hold, decorate it as you like!
