How can I identify helicopters/planes that release toxins into the air?

as biowarfare research, can I shoot this plane down for endangering my life, is this self defense.

Um, you'd be pretty busy even if it were legal, which it is not. Crop dusters would be on the lookout for you, that's for sure.

If you're referring to the "black helicopter" thing, well, all I can say is...conspiracy theory is a fun read, but keep it at arm's length, if you don't mind.
