Ok so all summer I have been practicing catching and a few routes. Today we had our first practice and we did some routes and a lot of people dropped a lot of passes, including me. The QB did fast passes and I just couldn't catch them, even the ones right to me. They slipped out of my hands, I usually touch them then drop them. Someone help?

  1. im a reciever also

i hardly drop passes but i sometimes dont run my routes correctly

    get a pair of gloves

  2. Gloves won't help one bit if you have weak hands and wrists.

Go buy a racquetball.  Take turns squeezing it in both hands while you are sitting around the house watching TV at night.  Do it all season long.

  3. get you a pair of gloves, if you can use them. and practice. Remember catch with you hands, not your body. again practice your routes, crisp movements. good luck!

  4. Look up anything on Raymond Berry. His training and things he did to get to the next level WILL help you

  5. Get stickey grip gloves. And work on reaction time.
