  1. keep practicing

  2. Quartz's answer is good, do the plyometrics stuff, but if you can even find a brick wall to throw the medicine ball against, that should work better. I did that kind of stuff and not only did it make me stronger, but I actually gained some speed from it. Just stand in an orthodox position and throw a cross with a medicine ball, switch to southpaw and throw a cross in that stance. Great exercise.

  3. keep doing what your trainer is having you do. train your left hand exactly as you trained your right hand and use them together. boxing must be a balance of your right and left, you must stay balanced.

  4. Ever heard of plyometrics? Try holding a medicine ball with both hands. keep legs in ur normal boxing stance. Then pretend your throwing a right cross. quickly shove the ball forward, shifting ur weight and twisting ur foot, just like you throw a right hand. Pull back into normal stance and repeat it. this it is a great workout, btw this is irrevelant but research plyometrics if ur interested in this

o yea, about ur left hand power, use this same exact excersize in a southpaw stance, and throw everything in the same form, like your throwing a left cross from southpaw stance.

  5. just use the left hand as a jab. and do weights on it and buy a hand grip
