How can I improve my English, then I can study to US?

umm you could do a IELTS course, and u have to give the test anyway...

u could also attend language classes,  as they seem to helpa lot of people...

There are training courses specifically targeted for TOEFL exams. You need to have a TOEFL score for university entrace anyway, so you might as well take one of those programs that is specifically designed to get a high score on TOEFL. The higher the score the better. It doesn't matter whether you can speak or use English. Half the people in the US don't speak English.

Don't know which level you are looking at you might have to take SAT, GMAT, GRE, etc. The problem is not the English, it is choosing the university you want to apply for and meeting their entrance requirements. Some easier or harder than others. Need to have money too.

Just a thought, since you need to study English anyway why not consider, German and French. Universities there are practically free, you just need to learn the language and get in. They are much better quality than half-assed US universities anyway. You can take an English course as one of your electives.
