How can I improve my english pronunciation?

Question

how can I improve my english pronunciation? I am a spanish speaker, I am learning for being an english teacher, I want to avoid to think in spanish, because in my grammar it reflects my grammar, that's bad because I tend to think in spanish and as well I want to pronounce words very well.. because english teachers are mexican, they maybe pronounce words very well but sometimes I think they do wrong, they are focused more in grammar than listening or speaking and pronunciation..

From my personal experience watching english programs is the best way. If you want to have an american pronounciation try watching Cnn or if British is what you want then bbc. Both are news channels. Watching news is better than movies cause they tend to have a more slanged term compared to the news since they are forced to use a standard pronounciation
