  2. Deepak Chopra wrote a book on Aryuvedic medicine and it has section on improving one' vision.

  3. Don't listen to the idiots that tell you wearing lenses improves your vision. That notion is preposterous and unfounded in any kind of science.

My personal experience is that when I go to do activities outdoors my sight gets better if I don't wear lenses. That is, my natural vision gets better. The opposite is true if I am in front of the computer for an extended period especially if i wear glasses. I am near sighted.

  4. sorry there is nothin you can do

  5. wearing glasses or lenses helps to improve your vision as your eyes are not straining constantly, so i recommend wearing your eye wear more!

and also, there is no real way to 'fix' your vision, you could help it not get any worse by not sitting too close to the television or computer monitor, make sure you are in a brightly lit room when trying to read or watch anything and also bright colours stimulate your eyes

i am quite short sighted and my vision improved when i started to wear my lenses every day and used those steps :)

EDIT: My 'notion' was confirmed by my optician (don't listen to the idiot who says otherwise and btw i went 3 years without wearing my glasses, which made my vision worse...it got much better when i started wearing lenses/glasses again)

  6. do not stand so close to the TV

  7. Eyeglasses only improve your vision while you are wearing them.  They do not make your vision better or worse if you decide not to wear them.  I was prescribed eyeglasses as a teen for astigmatism in my left eye.  I did not start wearing them regularly until I was in my thirties.  My right eye still has normal vision.  My left eye has gotten worse over time, but that was likely genetic.  Most of my father's family has astigmatism greater than a diopter.
