  1. stretch your legs by trying to touch your toes

  2. I'm going to take a note from one of my teachers and not tell you. If I tell you, you won't do it. But if you learn it and understand it for yourself...

Do yourself a big favor and get this book:

    http://www.amazon.com/Ultimate-Flexibili...

Learn the differences between static and dynamic stretching, what muscle groups are active during high kicks, and work on those.

  3. everyday stretch your legs good and sit down and try to reach your toes and hold if for a while.

  4. Stretch. Do butterfly, squatter, and sprinter stretches everyday and you will notice a difference. Also do side-ups and front-ups. These will help a LOT!

  5. stand with your feet a foot apart and bend down trying to aim for your feet. breath in deeply then as you exhale try to lower yourself down slowly.

do the same with your feet next to each other. about an inch apart

sit down with your legs facing strait out making a V shape, or anything wider in your comfort. then place your hands in the middle, and try to walk your hands down farther away to your torso.

stretch for 10-20 minutes a day, you can read at the same time because these are slow stretches. youll be kikin in no time:)
