  1. Practice, stretches, hmm and leg weights those helped me out.

  2. easy answer

conditon runing first, suisides, 100 meter

frog jumps for 100 m. learn xiao hong quan (chinese kung fu style) helps implrove punch and kick so your body is more even, also improves cardio system

  3. I am not sure about martial arts specifically, but I know that in most sports, by training with weights you can improve your speed/agility. If you train with, say, a 10lb leg weight while you're kicking, when you remove the weights your kicks will be faster because your muscles are used to dragging around the weight. Hope that helps!

  4. kick faster

  5. Use a weight suit. I train at a local gym in Colorado springs and alot of the fighters do this when moving up in weight to maintain their speed while still building their strength.

  6. just keep practicing :)

  7. Start doing explosive or plyometric type exercises for developing your fast twitch muscles.  I have included a web site below for this and if you do some reading you will find a wealth of information on this.  Secondly  I would also start a weight training program for the purpose of building your speed and strength.  Such a program should me light to medium weight, twelve to fifteen reps per set and three to five sets for each exercise.  Leg curls and leg extensions along with seated leg presses work very well for this.  Both of these things gave me good results during my years of fighting and competing.

  8. Practise kicking with each leg and hold your balance on a chair and just keep kicking and time it right. Or you could use ankle weights so if you manage to practise with them on and be able to kick fast think of the results when your not wearing them.

  9. just start kicking a heavy bag really fast and keep trying to increase your explosiveness with each kick.

  10. attach some weights to your legs nd practice kicks with em run with em...somethin thats helped me move my legs faster for football is practicin movements in a pool basically youd do the same thing in a pool but youd practice kickin instead

  11. timing is much more important than speed. its not how fast you kick as much as it is...WHEN you kick.

just stay loose and relaxed. and just kick a bad repeatedly. and pull it back twice as fast as you threw it out.

honestly i dont care how fast you can throw one kick or punch...how quickly can you throw 3 or 4? are they still accurate?

  12. leg mucsle
