What can I do to improve my metabolism, I'm a guy, 21 I play sports, swim and I barely even eat anything and my body is still still not at the point of where I'd want it to be. I think something is wrong with my metabolism. What can I do to improve it? I mean I'm not fat by any means, but its still very difficult for me to be even in an "ok" shape. I do drink, I stay up late and I'm not a big fan of vegetable but I work out and eat little also so I dunno. Someone give me tips on how to improve :) thanks...
