It's gotten a little worse now. For example, I bought a bottle of water the other day and opened it and took a sip...and then looked at it five minutes later and swore I hadn't opened it. I didn't know how it had gotten opened in the first place, and was tempted to bring it back to the store. I have to write things down or else I'll forget them within moments. It's like something out of that movie Memento. What can I do to improve it and bring it back to where it used to be?I'm only 22 by the way.
