Okay so this is how I do my smokey eye. Well, I guess it's a smokey eye...How can I improve it?

you should try darker colors (that gray looks too silver)

and blend it out more like she said.

start of with lighter colors and get darker.

light - inner eye

darker -out

i think everything looks ok except for the highlighter on your eyes that looks way to bold for your skin color you should try a softer highlighter but i love your look your good at it.

for a smokey look , you shouldnt be able to tell where one color start and combine into the other.

try not to apply too much black on the lid,

and blend the shadow more of your lid.

use less white.

the white that ure using

is really metallic, and ruins the smoky effect.

try going for a look more like this:

it doesnt have to be completely. but

just try to blend it in.

That is not a smokey eye. Smokey suggests transparent smokey colors and you literrally have black eyes. I agree with the poster above in wondering why you would wear gobs of make-up like that. You are pretty.

i can tell (even with all that make up) that you are a gorgeous girl with natural beauty.

you have great facial features.

you have nince big brown eyes.

a wonderful nose! its not too big..its not too small.

and you have a beautiful smile with full lips (which i would die for!)

and your complection is absolutly stunning.

really you dont need make up!!!

anyways now to answer your question it think you should add a little more earth tones to it...like browns and darker blues.

expecially if you add some dark blue underneth the eye it will make your eyes pop!

use a little bit of dark eyeshadow on your bottom lid.

not heaps but yerh itll give off more of an effect.

just underneath your bottom eyelashes :)
