How can I improve my time for running 1/4of a mile?

  1. do a bunch of 200's to practice. also, try to go for about 20 min runs as much as possible


  2. Eat a alot of carbo hydrates like noodles or pasta, it will give you alot of energy to burn while you are running also practice, hope this helped. I was varsity running champion in high school so I would know.

  3. just practice practice practice!!

    and remember if you walk once..it'll make you think that you can just keep on walking

    and pace yourself don't sprint the whole time it'll make you loose all your energy

  4. build ur endurnace....like run it every year...i know last year in p.e. we would run every time we had class....and by the end of the school  year( head it two quarters) i had gotten my mile down by four minutes
