I'm not sure this is the right area, but since tricking and martial arts are like jam on toast, I figure it's a good place. I'm trying to learn a front flip and I desperately need to improve my tuck. Any advice on how to do so? Also, know of any exercises which could help me develop a habit to have a tight tuck while flipping because doing it consciously proves to be a challenge since so little time is spent in the air. It appears when I tuck I lack the height, and when I stall it means my rotation goes down the drain. I'm hoping if I can improve my tuck I will be able to get the extra height needed and not sacrifice rotation.
