How can I improve my vocal range and singing ability?

I am auditioning for my high school musical Bye Bye Birdie. I am great at acting but I never really thought i was that great at singing, especially high notes. I think I'm okay at singing lower but I'm a girl and most female parts are really high but this show kinda goes everywhere which is really great, but means i need to sing higher. Any tips for improving my vocal range???? Really appreciated!!

Just work on some basic vocal range excercises. If you are really intrested talk to someone in your high school choir, they should be able to help you. Even talk to the choir teacher. when i was trying out for bye bye birdie in high school my high schools choir teacher was more than willing to help

When u know the notes to sing, you can sing most anything!
