  1. if possible, learn to flick your wrist slowly at first. do not over-do anything.

also try to do some weight-lifting to improve the muscles. i dunno the name of the device, but it looks like it has some metal cable/wire and attached to some weights. you can find this at the gym. it's the one on which you sit on the bench and pull the wire down.

  2. First of all, even though it is not advised that you basee your game on your raquet rather than yourself; if you want extra racket head speed, use a lighter racket or one that has a smaller head size. IE federers racket.

But ideally. regardless of racket "tweaking" you have to PRACTICE and fix a method and teqnique that gives you what you want, when you want.

  3. Wrist weights would work well. It will actually do both at the same time. Because for your wrist action it will be a lot more stiff allowing you to lighten up after every session.

As for the racquet speed, it's not really up to the way you swing (could be actually) but how much pace your arm can draw. Once again that extra weight will allow you to build up more muscle and allow you to swing better.

    Hope that helped =]
